Our journey into wedding planning began with our own wedding. Like many couples, we were optimistic (and maybe a little naive) thinking we could manage every detail ourselves. We got engaged on November 25, 2023, after five wonderful years together, and we were determined to get married before the end of 2024.

The search for a venue quickly became an eye-opener. We’ll never forget the shock of learning that venues were booked years in advance — and the jaw-dropping price tags! We dreamed of a mountain getaway where our guests could stay for the whole weekend, but finding the right spot was no easy task. Once we did, we realized this venue was completely DIY.

Over the next ten months, we saved, budgeted, and spent countless hours planning every detail to bring our vision to life. We learned how to dream big while sticking to a budget, and we pulled off the celebration of a lifetime.

Taylor, a high school educator and Student Council advisor, brings event coordination expertise and a creative eye for design. David, with a background in manufacturing management, is a pro at logistics and organization. Together, we’re the ultimate dream team — blending imagination, precision, and care to craft personalized, stress-free, and stunning weddings that reflect your love story.
